Plantation Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Plantation is right in the middle of Broward County, and getting a group across the Sawgrass Expressway or down University Drive without losing half of them to traffic is its own project. Partybusrentalpembrokepines.com makes it simple: fill out one quick form and instantly compare party buses, charter buses, and minibuses from a large network of transportation companies serving Plantation and all of South Florida. Call 754-231-2440 any time to get started!
The Smart Way to Find a Party Bus in Plantation
Partybusrentalpembrokepines.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, and it does not provide transportation itself. It is a quote-comparison website — one place where you fill out your trip details once and instantly see different bus options, vehicle pictures, and pricing from transportation companies serving Plantation and the broader Broward and Miami-Dade County area.
No account needed, no callbacks to wait on, no describing your group size to five different companies.
The whole reason this site exists is because finding group transportation the traditional way is genuinely tedious. You call one company and they don't have your date. You call another and they only have a vehicle that holds 14 when you need 30.
You wait on hold. You get a quote that doesn't include half the things you asked about. Partybusrentalpembrokepines.com replaces all of that scramble with one online form or one call to 754-231-2440 — and within seconds, you're looking at real options for your actual trip. That's it.
That's what this site does, and it does it any time, any day, with no obligation on your end.
Bus Rentals for Plantation Groups

Your Plantation Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Different trips call for different setups. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar area — great for a bachelorette night or a birthday crawl from Plantation to Fort Lauderdale Beach. A minibus keeps things more functional: reclining seats, strong A/C, and overhead storage for a corporate shuttle or a school field trip into Miami.
For larger moves — a full company offsite, a convention at the Broward County Convention Center, a group cruise departure from Port Everglades — a 56-passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so the group isn't stopping every 45 minutes.
Amenities vary by vehicle, so compare options side by side on this site or call 754-231-2440 to match your needs to the right bus.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 754-231-2440 before booking.
Plantation Party Bus Prices
Plantation party bus rental prices shift based on the vehicle type, the date, how long you need it, and what else is happening in Broward County that weekend. As a planning baseline: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends, a 25-passenger party bus typically falls in the $275–$375 per hour range on weekends, and a full charter bus generally runs $200–$350 per hour. Daily rates vary widely by vehicle — a minibus might run $1,100–$2,150 for a full day while a 50-passenger party bus can reach $2,150–$4,050.
Those are planning ranges, not guarantees — your real price moves with your specific date, hours, and vehicle. The fastest way to get a number for your actual trip is to call 754-231-2440 or fill out the quick form here. Either way, you get pricing in under a minute at no obligation.

Compare Prices on Plantation Party Buses
Because you're not limited to one fleet. Partybusrentalpembrokepines.com connects you to a large network of transportation companies serving Plantation, so you can compare vehicles, pictures, and rates side by side instead of calling company after company and piecing together quotes that were never meant to be compared.
Plantation sits at the intersection of three of Broward's busiest corridors — University Drive, Broward Boulevard, and I-595 — and anyone who has tried to coordinate a carpool across that stretch on a Friday evening knows exactly how fast a simple plan turns into a logistical headache. One bus keeps the whole group together, handles the route, and drops everyone where they need to be. No one's stuck driving.
No one's circling Amerant Bank Arena's parking garage for 30 minutes. No one's calling an Uber at 1am from Sunrise because they got separated from the group.
The quote process here takes about a minute. Fill out the form or call 754-231-2440 any time, day or night, 365 days a year. No account, no obligation, no commitment just to see what's available.
Plantation Party Bus Services Available
Partybusrentalpembrokepines.com helps you find the right bus for just about any occasion in Plantation — from airport transfers and game day shuttles to wedding transportation, concert nights, prom, corporate shuttles, school trips, and everything in between. Call 754-231-2440 and tell the team what you have in mind.

Plantation Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (100 Terminal Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315) sits about 6 miles east of Plantation via I-595 East — roughly 15–20 minutes without traffic and easily 45 minutes or more during the morning rush on a weekday. FLL is one of the fastest-growing airports in the country, and the Arrivals/Ground Transportation level at each terminal fills up quickly with rideshares, taxis, and hotel shuttles all competing for curb space. For a group flying in together, having a private bus staged and ready to move the moment everyone clears baggage claim means no one's standing on a curb waiting for six different rideshares to show up.
Miami International Airport (MIA) is also reachable via the 836 and Turnpike Extension for groups who flew into Miami — roughly 35–45 minutes from Plantation under normal conditions, longer during peak commute hours. Check out the FLL group shuttle guide for more specifics on airport pickups. Call 754-231-2440 to get a quote for your airport run.

Plantation Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Plantation bachelorette party typically means one of two things: a bar crawl through Fort Lauderdale Beach, or a night that starts locally and ends somewhere loud in Miami. Either way, University Drive between Broward Boulevard and Sunrise Boulevard is not the place to be hunting for parking at 10pm on a Saturday — and splitting a group of 20 into five separate rideshares is the fastest way to lose half the party before the night even gets going.
A Plantation bachelorette party bus keeps the group together from the first pickup to the last stop. Party buses seating 18–30 passengers come with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, wraparound seating, and a bar area — so the energy is already going before anyone reaches the first venue. Fort Lauderdale Beach bars like Elbo Room and Lulu's Bait Shack both have curbside drop-off access on A1A, and a bus can stage nearby between stops.
For a Miami ending, the I-95 run down from Plantation to Brickell or South Beach is handled for you. Call 754-231-2440 to build the itinerary.

Plantation Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Broward County has one of the largest quinceañera and Sweet 16 markets in the state, and Plantation is right in the middle of it — with reception halls and multiple event spaces along the Pine Island Road corridor that host milestone celebrations year-round. A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable moments of the whole event — and for a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, matching the vehicle color to the theme (white, black, or silver options are typically available through the network) is a detail that actually matters.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into Fort Lauderdale or Miami for the night, a Plantation birthday party bus seating 20–40 keeps the group together and the night on your timeline instead of Uber's. Rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends — split across 20 people, that's typically $14–$19 per person per hour. Use the quote form or call 754-231-2440 to check availability.

Plantation Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Amerant Bank Arena (1 Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) is just 10 minutes from Plantation on University Drive — but parking on a sellout night is a different story. The arena holds nearly 20,000 people, and the surface lots around Panther Pkwy fill fast for big concerts and NHL playoff games. The Sawgrass Expressway interchange backs up, and rideshare pickup after a show can mean a 30–45 minute wait in the designated lot.
Check out the full Amerant Bank Arena group transportation guide for pickup and drop-off specifics.
For shows at Broward Center for the Performing Arts (201 SW 5th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312), parking in the Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District is limited on event nights, and the venue's own garage fills quickly for Broadway-run performances. A Plantation concert bus rental drops your group at the door and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged window so no one's scrambling for a rideshare at 11pm. Call 754-231-2440 for availability on your date.

Plantation Corporate Event Transportation
Plantation's corporate corridor along I-595 and Broward Boulevard is home to a significant number of regional offices, and getting a team to an offsite event or a conference without turning the day into a logistics exercise takes coordination. The Broward County Convention Center (1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316) is about 20 minutes from Plantation's business district and sits right next to Port Everglades — a stretch where parking during major trade shows can cost $30–$40 a day per vehicle and fill to capacity by 8am.
A Plantation corporate charter bus keeps the whole team on one vehicle, on schedule, and off the Eisenhower Boulevard crawl. A minibus is a solid fit for executive team moves of 15–25 people — it offers reclining seats, climate control, and enough overhead storage for presentation materials without needing a full-size coach. For company shuttles that repeat over multiple days — trade show loops, multi-day conferences — call 754-231-2440 to ask about multi-day and contract rate options.

Plantation Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, club outings, multi-stop celebration days — private group events in Plantation almost always involve getting people from multiple pickup points across the western Broward suburbs into one place without everyone arriving 45 minutes apart. The I-595/Florida Turnpike interchange near Plantation is one of the most reliably congested stretches in Broward County on weekends, and a Saturday afternoon when there's also a Panther game or a concert at Amerant Bank Arena makes it noticeably worse.
A Plantation private charter bus solves the multi-pickup problem cleanly — one vehicle makes a loop through Plantation, Davie, and Weston, consolidates the group, and gets everyone to the venue at the same time. For events at Markham Park, C.B. Smith Park, or a private banquet hall off Pine Island Road, a 40–56 passenger charter bus gives you undercarriage storage for supplies and gear without needing a separate cargo vehicle. Call 754-231-2440 to map out the route.

Plantation Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Plantation is home to several large Broward County public and private high schools — including South Plantation High School and American Heritage School — and prom season runs from late April through May, with homecoming typically falling in October and November. Every school in the county holds its dance within roughly a 6-week window, and party bus availability across Broward tightens dramatically during that stretch.
For prom: book by January or expect limited vehicle options and higher rates by March. A group that waits until April to book a prom night party bus in Plantation will often find that the most popular vehicle sizes — 20- to 30-passenger party buses — are already gone for their date. A Plantation prom party bus is one of the few times everyone's parents actually feel good about the transportation plan.
Call 754-231-2440 to lock in your date the moment you have a headcount.

Plantation School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips in Broward County involve a fair amount of driving — the Miramar Cultural Center is about 15 minutes south, Museum of Discovery and Science (401 SW 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312) is 20 minutes east on I-595, and the Everglades National Park entrance at Shark Valley is about an hour south on the Turnpike. Yellow school buses handle the basic job, but a private charter bus through Partybusrentalpembrokepines.com gives students and chaperones overhead storage for backpacks and gear, climate control that actually works in South Florida heat, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles — which matters significantly on a 60-minute run to the Everglades.
A Plantation school group charter bus is also a practical fit for student-athlete travel — band competitions, JROTC events, science fairs at the Broward County Convention Center. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; just flag that when requesting a quote. Call 754-231-2440 and a team member can walk through the logistics.

Plantation Sporting Event Transportation
Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise is the obvious anchor — Florida Panthers games draw large crowds to the Sawgrass Mills corridor, and the post-game exit on Panther Pkwy backs up quickly as 19,000+ people try to reach University Drive and the Sawgrass Expressway at the same time. Rideshare pickup after a game or a sold-out concert can stretch to 40 minutes of standing in the designated lot. A group arriving together on a Plantation charter bus skips that entirely — the bus is staged and ready when the final buzzer goes.
The Amerant Bank Arena transportation guide has drop-off specifics worth reviewing before game day.
For Miami Dolphins games at Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056), the drive south from Plantation on the Turnpike is roughly 35 minutes without traffic and easily 70–90 minutes on a Sunday game day. Rideshare pickup post-game is in Lot 44 — a 25-minute walk from the stadium gates. A charter bus from Plantation drops your group and handles the return.
See the Hard Rock Stadium charter bus guide for current lot and drop-off details. Call 754-231-2440 for game day availability.

Plantation Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Plantation has a solid cluster of wedding venues along the Pine Island Road and Broward Boulevard corridors — banquet halls, garden spaces, and hotel ballrooms that regularly host 100–300 guests arriving from across Broward and Miami-Dade. The challenge is always the hotel-block-to-venue run: guests at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek or the Marriott Fort Lauderdale Coral Springs need to get to a venue in Plantation, and expecting 80 of them to navigate there independently on a Saturday evening is a plan that falls apart fast.
A Plantation wedding shuttle bus makes multiple runs between the hotel block and the venue on a set schedule so no one misses the ceremony because they couldn't find parking. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works well for the bridal party on the wedding day itself, running $225–$350 per hour on weekends. A 35-passenger minibus handles guest shuttling cleanly — enough capacity for most waves, maneuverable enough for tighter venue driveways.
Call 754-231-2440 to build a timing plan that fits your wedding day schedule.

Plantation Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
South Florida isn't wine country in the Napa sense, but the craft brewery scene across Broward County has grown substantially — and a curated Plantation-to-Fort Lauderdale brewery crawl makes for a genuinely good afternoon. Islamorada Beer Company at Sawgrass Mills (12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323) sits about 10 minutes from central Plantation and has a lush, mural-lined tropical beer garden with a good-sized food menu and live music on weekends. From there, the group can head east toward Wiley Opossum Brewing in Davie or continue into Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village neighborhood, where Funky Buddha Brewery's taproom ties into a growing bar district along NE 4th Avenue.
A Plantation pub crawl party bus keeps the group together between stops and means no one has to designate themselves out of the fun. A 20- to 25-passenger party bus is the typical fit for a crawl of this kind — right-sized for most groups, easy to stage curbside between stops. Call 754-231-2440 to map out the stops and get a quote.

How much does a party bus cost in Plantation?
Plantation party bus rental rates vary by vehicle size, day of the week, and how many hours you need. As a general planning guide: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$375 per hour; and a full charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range. Pricing for your specific trip depends on your date and details — fill out the form or call 754-231-2440 and you can have a number in under a minute.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for a Plantation trip?
Party buses (15–50 passengers) are built for celebration — wraparound seating, LED lighting, sound systems, and a bar setup. Charter buses (40–56 passengers) are built for transport — forward-facing seats, undercarriage luggage storage, and onboard restrooms on many vehicles. For a bachelorette night or a birthday crawl, the party bus is usually the right call.
For a field trip to the Everglades, a corporate offsite at the Broward County Convention Center, or a cruise departure from Port Everglades, the charter bus is the smarter fit.
Can a bus pick up at multiple locations in Plantation before heading to a venue?
Yes — and this is one of the most common setups for Plantation groups, since guests are often spread across Plantation, Davie, and Weston before heading to a venue in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Multi-stop pickup routes are standard. When you call 754-231-2440 or submit the form, mention all the pickup addresses so the quote reflects the full itinerary.
Where does a charter bus drop off at Port Everglades for a cruise?
Port Everglades is about 20 minutes east of Plantation via I-595. Each cruise terminal has its own passenger drop-off lane and approach road within the port — Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and Norwegian all operate from different terminals. Confirm your specific terminal with the cruise line before your embarkation morning, because the approach varies.
The Port Everglades group transportation guide covers this in more detail. Day-of parking at the port garage runs around $22 per day — a 20-car group would spend $440+ just on parking, before gas or tolls.
Can I book a one-way trip — say, from Plantation to MIA or FLL — instead of a round trip?
Yes. One-way trips, round trips, and multi-day packages are all available through the network. A one-way airport run from Plantation to FLL is a common booking, especially for large groups departing for a cruise or a group vacation.
Call 754-231-2440 and a team member can put together a package that fits the specific logistics of your trip.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Plantation events, booking 6–8 weeks out gives you solid availability and competitive pricing. For high-demand periods — prom season (late April through May), Florida Panthers playoff games at Amerant Bank Arena, New Year's Eve, and peak wedding season (October through December) — book 3–5 months out. Prom in particular deserves extra urgency: every Broward County high school holds its dance in roughly the same 6-week window, and the most popular vehicle sizes go fast.
Waiting until March for an April prom date typically means premium pricing, if vehicles are available at all. Call 754-231-2440 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Plantation Party Bus Destinations
Plantation sits 10–30 minutes from some of Broward County's most visited venues and attractions. Here are six popular destinations that Plantation groups regularly book transportation to — with the logistics detail that first-timers usually wish they'd known ahead of time.

Amerant Bank Arena
Home of the Florida Panthers, Amerant Bank Arena (1 Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) holds nearly 20,000 people and sits about 10 minutes from central Plantation on University Drive North. The venue is straightforward to reach on a normal night. On a playoff game or a major concert sellout, University Drive from Broward Boulevard northbound becomes a slow crawl starting about two hours before puck drop.
The arena's surface lots fill by 90 minutes before events, and the post-game rideshare queue in the designated pickup area regularly runs 30–45 minutes. A charter bus from Plantation gets dropped at the arena entrance, and the return trip is staged and ready — no hunting for the rideshare lot in the dark. Check the Amerant Bank Arena transportation guide for current drop-off specifics.
Phone: (954) 835-7000

Broward Center for the Performing Arts
Broward Center for the Performing Arts (201 SW 5th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312) sits in the Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District along the New River — about 18 minutes from Plantation via I-595 East. The venue's own parking garage, the Au-Rene Theater garage on SW 5th Avenue, fills quickly for Broadway runs and big-name performances, and street parking in the surrounding Riverwalk district is metered and limited on weekend evenings. For groups of 20 or more heading to a show, a minibus or charter bus drops everyone curbside on SW 5th Avenue steps from the main entrance and eliminates the garage search entirely.
The Broward Center group transportation guide covers drop-off logistics in detail. Phone: (954) 462-0222

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) is about 15 minutes south of Plantation on I-595 East to I-95 South — one of South Florida's biggest entertainment destinations, with a casino floor, the Guitar Hotel, multiple concert venues, and dining that runs late. The property has ample surface parking, but the approach roads fill fast during Hard Rock Live concerts and major casino events. Groups heading from Plantation for a casino night or a Hard Rock Live show consistently find that arriving on a party bus is less stressful than carpooling across an unfamiliar property and regrouping at the end of the night.
See the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood group transportation guide for bus parking and drop-off specifics.

Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) is roughly 35 minutes from Plantation via the Florida Turnpike on a clear day — and 70–90 minutes on a Dolphins Sunday. The stadium's official guidance requires prepaid parking, and rideshare pickup is staged in Lot 44 — a 25-minute walk from the gates — meaning the post-game hike is baked into the plan whether you drive or take a rideshare. A Plantation charter bus to Hard Rock Stadium skips both problems: the group tailgates on the way down, and the return trip is handled the moment the final whistle blows.
NW 199th Street closes for hours before major events, so reviewing the Hard Rock Stadium bus transportation guide for current road closure timing before game day is worth the five minutes. Phone: (305) 943-8000

Sawgrass Mills Mall
Sawgrass Mills (12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323) is one of the largest outlet malls in the country — 2.4 million square feet, more than 350 stores, and an attached entertainment complex called The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass that includes a movie theater, restaurants, and Islamorada Beer Company. It's about 12 minutes from Plantation via Broward Boulevard West to University Drive North. On holiday weekends and tax-free shopping days, parking in the 12,000-space lot still gets congested near the main mall entrances, and coordinating a large group for a shopping trip or a private event at the complex without everyone arriving in different cars at different times is genuinely annoying.
A 20–35 passenger minibus keeps the group together and drops everyone at the entrance of their choice. Oversized vehicle access uses the perimeter lots along Sunrise Boulevard. Phone: (954) 846-2300

C.B. Smith Park
C.B. Smith Park (900 N Flamingo Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028) sits just south of Plantation and is one of the most popular large-group event venues in Broward County — a 299-acre park that hosts family reunions, charity runs, festivals, and large picnic rentals year-round. The park's main entrance is off Flamingo Road, and during major events the entrance road backs up into the surrounding neighborhood. The parking lot accommodates regular passenger vehicles and some oversized vehicles in designated areas, but large gatherings that arrive in a fleet of individual cars tend to bottleneck the entrance.
A charter bus from Plantation brings the whole group in one arrival, which is easier on the park's traffic flow and means the picnic tables are actually occupied before the ice melts. Contact the park at (954) 357-5170 to confirm current group bus access before your visit.
